SGB WPC is a green buidling material, it's made of 60%-65% natural wood fiber( Professionally Dry treatment ) ,30%-35% of eco-friendly HDPE materials and 5% -10% Chemical additivel ( anti-UV agent, anti-oxidation agent, reinforcing agent, stabilizers, colorrants, anti-fungus agent, coupling agent ect..).




(2) How long is the service life of WPC product ?


15-20yeras.


(3) What the weather temperature is suitable to use our Wpc Products ?


It's from -40°c to 60°c.


(4) Do WPC product need the good ventilation and drainage ?


Yes, like timber, it's important to provide adequate ventilation and drainage to ensure SGB WPC is able to dry out after being wet. For this reason, it's very important to pay attention to clearance on butt joins ( end to end), spacing between boards( side to side), and min. ground clearance. Lack of ventilation and drainage can cause the products to swell over time. Check product fix informations on the good ventilation and drainage requirements. Boxing in the deck will reduce cross flow ventilation and therefore should be avoided.


(5) How to clean or maintenance WPC products?


5.1 Pollution occurred from moulds, mucedine,berry and leaves ; use a cleaning agent contains detergent


and sodium hypochlorite to clean off.

5.2 Dirt or debris: Clean the decking to remove dirt or debris by using soap,hot water and astiff bristle.

5.3 Chalk Markings : All colored chalk lines are permanent except white,Surubbing the area with hot soapy

water with bleach may dislodge some of the chalk.

5.4 Oil and olein occurred by touching: use a cleaning agent contains degreasing agent.

5.5 Use tool clear the miscellaneous articles or objects of the profiles space in order to keep good drainage

A: The delivery time is about 10 days after receiving your deposit payment.





4. Q: What's your packing?


A: In general,packed by pallet within 3meters;packed by woven cloth above 3m~5.7meters.


But we can also pack the goods as your requirement.





5. Q: How can I order samples?


A: We can provide FREE samples if clients can take care of the expressing freight.


So pls just provide your own expressing account (such as DHL, TNT, UPS etc.) for sample expressing freight collected. If you don't have any, we'll advise you to prepay the money by PayPal, Western Union or T/T, and then we send samples to you. The money can be refunded to you if you can place an order from us then.





6. Q: What about the warranty?


A: The warranty for WPC Decking is 15-20 years. We have special quality control systems and also can provide the QC Report to clients before shipment; we make sure all the goods sent out to customers are in good condition. If here has any quality problem; we will give replacement in the next order.





7. Q: How to pay for the products?


A: Our regular payment terms is T/T (T/T payment Terms: 30%-50% deposit in advance and the balance against the B/L Copy at sight. We can also accept the 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, etc.
