1.    The primary task of installation is to fix the WPC keel. The WPC keel was laid on the cement floor flat, the distance between each of them is 30cm.
2.    Then use the electric drill holes on The Keel, and use the screw nail to connect the keel and cement floor. Attention that the nail head should be completely screwed into the keel, otherwise, it will lead to the floor surface uneven.
3.    And start fixed the floor, on both sides of the floor have two slot. Use tools to install the two slots to the keel.
4.    Connect the slot of second board with the slot of first board.
5.    When installation, the tightness of the screw depended on the personal self control. Suggested that two or more persons for installation.

(1) what is WPC? 
SGB WPC is a green buidling material, it's made of 60%-65% natural wood fiber( Professionally Dry treatment ), 30%-35% of eco-friendly HDPE materials and 5% -10% Chemical additivel ( anti-UV agent, anti-oxidation agent, reinforcing agent, stabilizers, colorrants, anti-fungus agent, coupling agent ect...). 

(2) How long is the service life of WPC product? 
15-20yeras. 

(3) What the weather temperature is suitable to use our Wpc Products? 
It's from -40° C to 60° C. 

(4) Do WPC product need the good ventilation and drainage? 
Yes, like timber, it's important to provide adequate ventilation and drainage to ensure SGB WPC is able to dry out after being wet. For this reason, it's very important to pay attention to clearance on butt joins ( end to end), spacing between boards( side to side), and min. Ground clearance. Lack of ventilation and drainage can cause the products to swell over time. Check product fix informations on the good ventilation and drainage requirements. Boxing in the deck will reduce cross flow ventilation and therefore should be avoided. 

(5) How to clean or maintenance WPC products? 

5.1 Pollution occurred from moulds, mucedine, berry and leaves; Use a cleaning agent contains detergent
And sodium hypochlorite to clean off. 

5.2 Dirt or debris: Clean the decking to remove dirt or debris by using soap, hot water and astiff bristle. 

5.3 Chalk Markings: All colored chalk lines are permanent except white, Surubbing the area with hot soapy
Water with bleach may dislodge some of the chalk. 

5.4 Oil and olein occurred by touching: Use a cleaning agent contains degreasing agent. 

5.5 Use tool clear the miscellaneous articles or objects of the profiles space in order to keep good drainage
